UPS Next Day and 2-Day are not guaranteed for all locations.
We ship our packages according to UPS guidelines. Next Day Orders that are placed before 10am PST are dropped off at a UPS location before their UPS deadline. If there is a delay in shipping, ePowerSteering does not give refunds based on UPS services.
