1. RETURNS:

A. All products are sold with a 30 day money back guarantee from date of shipment. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

B. Products must be returned undamaged and in good condition. Misuse or damage is not covered. Specialized kits may be subject to a 20% restocking fee as determined by us at the time of the return. Contact ePowerSteering by email at sales@epowersteering.com for return authorization and shipping instructions. Please include the original Order Number and Product number issued at time of purchase.

2. CANCELLATIONS:

A. To cancel an order not yet shipped contact us by Email at sales@epowersteering.com. Please include the original Order/Invoice Number issued at time of purchase.

B. PayPal and Credit Card processing fees incurred by ePowerSteering are not refundable.

3. LEAD TIME:

A. Typically, we ship out our orders the next business day. Orders that require overnight shipping must be made before 10am PST to go out on the same day.

4. WARRANTY:

A. Warranties cover defects in design and manufacturing only. Warranties do not cover, among other things: installation errors, wear and tear, acts of God, misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, collisions, defects due to custom specifications provided by you, or any product modifications, configurations or combinations not performed by us.

B. Warranty periods start on the shipment date.

C. The product must be returned to us with freight prepaid by you. At our option and as the exclusive remedy, we will repair or replace the product in question, or issue credit. If an identical product is no longer available, we may replace with a similar product of comparable value.

D. Warranty Period: 90 days. You must be the original owner with proof of purchase upon claim.

E. Pass-Through Warranty – We resell, and are not the manufacturer of, certain third-party products. We make no express or implied warranties on third-party products and the warranty coverages above do not apply to these products. We will, however, pass through all warranties offered by the manufacturer, who has sole responsibility for processing warranty claims and returns. In all cases, unless otherwise agreed by the manufacturer, you must be the original owner with proof of purchase upon claim.

Payment processors may collect payment-card, bank-account, PayPal, or other payment information directly from you. ePowerSteering does not necessarily receive or retain the complete payment-card information submitted to a third-party payment processor.
