John Barnes is from Ashland City, TN, a small town 15 miles west of Nashville. He started riding ATV’s at the age of 14 and raced them for 15 years. He bought his first Polaris RZR in 2010 and started racing competitively in GNCC. He joined the Polaris RZR/Yokley Racing team in 2015. He has been factory backed ever sense. He has numerous wins and podiums in IXCR, MWXC, AXCC, and GNCC concentrating his focus on cross country racing on the East Coast.
